At Herbal Nation we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a completely risk-free return experience.

1. 7-Day Return Window You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Free Return Shipping We believe returns should be hassle-free.

  • We cover the cost: Return shipping is completely FREE for you.

  • Process: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address or provide a pre-paid shipping label.

3. No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the price of the product.

4. No "Final Sale" Items We do not have "Final Sale" restrictions. Even items purchased on sale or using a discount code are eligible for return under this policy.

5. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • We also accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@herbalnation.in or WhatsApp us using icon with your Order ID.

  2. If the item is damaged, please attach a clear photo or video.

  3. Our team will approve the request and arrange the pickup within 24-48 hours.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • Notification: We will send you an email/SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Processing: Your refund will be processed immediately.

    • Pre-paid Orders: Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): We will transfer the amount to your Bank Account or UPI ID (GooglePay/PhonePe).
