1. 7-Day Return Window You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Free Return Shipping We believe returns should be hassle-free.

We cover the cost: Return shipping is completely FREE for you.

Process: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address or provide a pre-paid shipping label.
3. No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the price of the product.
4. No "Final Sale" Items We do not have "Final Sale" restrictions. Even items purchased on sale or using a discount code are eligible for return under this policy.
5. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We also accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@herbalnation.in or WhatsApp us using icon with your Order ID.

If the item is damaged, please attach a clear photo or video.

Our team will approve the request and arrange the pickup within 24-48 hours.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

Notification: We will send you an email/SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Processing: Your refund will be processed immediately.

Pre-paid Orders: Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We will transfer the amount to your Bank Account or UPI ID (GooglePay/PhonePe).
